Steven McKinley Waters was born on October 14th 1961 in New York. He was the second to last child of 9 siblings and the youngest son to McKinley and Mildred Waters. Steven grew up in Spanish Harlem and was known for being the life of the party. Steven has two daughters Shanelle and Jnina whom he loved very much. He was a very hard worker and skilled carpenter. His smile and laughter was something that made everyone gravitate to him.
