Miss Yolanda Amelia Rouse was born in the Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn New York on September 19, 1968. She went to school in Manhattan. She graduated from Music and Art at the age of 17 in 1985. She got married to Milton Ransom on October 11, 2008. She graduated from Cuny School of Professional Study College on June 6th, 2016. She was an entrepreneur. She died on November 2, 2021, at the age of 53. She leaves her husband, her mother, her sister, her brother, her nephew, five cousins, and lots and lots of nieces and nephews.
