Stephanie was the first person we met and she made us feel at ease and took her time with us, answered all our questions and gave us more information that gave us peace. Clare, also took care of us and is so sweet and caring like the rest of the team. Mike and the team, did an amazing job at making my dad look like him and as cool as he was. Andrea, wow!
